- Passion for sustainable agriculture and nature-positive supply chains
- Based in Germany, willing to work internationally
- Business fluent English
Aufgaben
- Validate and develop funding model
- Assess and refine agroforestry model
- Design commercial framework with KoRo
- Ensure end-to-end traceability and audit readiness
- Define governance and legal structure
- Build operating model for foundation and partners
- Define KPIs and reporting systems
- Identify and mitigate key risks
- Lead fundraising efforts
- Recruit initial team members
- Prepare for independent organizational launch
- Implement governance and compliance framework
- Confirm funding model
- Design and validate DAF and traceability model
- Establish certification and impact reporting pathway
- Define key processes and responsibilities
- Prepare first hires with defined roles
