Aufgaben
- Lead international governance teams
- Ensure organizational alignment during CMO manufacturing
- Conduct due diligence and tech transfers
- Enforce GMP, Quality, and SHE standards
- Conduct regular risk reviews
- Address potential supply issues at CMOs
- Serve as Chief of Staff to DS External Manufacturing Head
- Advise site leadership team
- Collaborate on portfolio advancement
- Lead performance management reporting
- Set and track goals and KPIs
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Work with Finance to lead business planning
- Track financial performance
- Develop communication strategy
- Lead risk management
- Identify and incorporate mitigation plans
