- Proven experience as Jointer / Site Manager in electrical industry
- Strong technical knowledge of jointing techniques, tools, and equipment
- Solid knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements
- Leadership and strong organizational abilities
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills
- German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
- Driving car license
Aufgaben
- Prepare site for underground cable installation, maintenance, and repair
- Plan and organize team work for timely task completion
- Provide hands-on training and support to team members
- Inspect job sites for safety and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during jointing
- Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintain records of work, materials, and time spent
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
