Aufgaben
- Support HR Manager with HR goals and measures
- Understand internal departmental processes and tasks
- Provide support to HR Managers as needed
- Maintain a strong overview of current departmental topics
- Comply with applicable laws and internal HR policies
- Manage the employee lifecycle for a defined group
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Administer employee contracts
- Coordinate employee meetings
- Handle HR administration tasks
- Manage employee offboarding processes
- Oversee development of apprentices and junior talent
- Support planning and implementing personnel development measures
- Contribute to HR reporting
- Manage occupational reintegration processes (BEM)
- Undertake additional special assignments
