Aufgaben
- Lead daily operations for reception and logistics
- Manage janitorial, waste, and utility services
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Oversee work orders and service contracts
- Manage office and lab fit-outs and moves
- Prequalify contractors and conduct risk assessments
- Handle permit-to-work and safe commissioning processes
- Manage leases and maintain landlord relationships
- Track service charges and resolve facility issues
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Manage dangerous goods with certified partners
- Ensure yard safety and traffic plans
- Implement the company EHS management system
- Control chemicals, waste, and safety equipment
- Drive incident reporting and root-cause analysis
- Oversee emergency plans and evacuation drills
- Liaise with local authorities for site safety
- Operate physical security and access control systems
- Manage CCTV, key control, and guard services
- Implement export-control and physical safeguards
- Escort visitors and manage disposal procedures
- Build and manage site OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Deliver projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Provide accurate records for audits and ESG data
- Lead and coach the site team and vendors
- Communicate proactively regarding site works and outages
