- Execute image-processing algorithms to extract mission-relevant information
- Drive the creation of technical concepts and requirements for the simulator
- Manage and prioritize software engineering tasks and backlog
- Ensure effective information flow between the software team and stakeholders
- Monitor and control technical progress, schedule, cost, and quality
- Identify, assess, and mitigate software-product and project risks
- Lead the evaluation of changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline
- Prepare, organize, and lead technical and milestone reviews
