- Administer and configure core ServiceNow functionalities
- Develop workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Maintain script includes and platform components
- Monitor platform stability using health check dashboards
- Resolve technical issues and perform proactive maintenance
- Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow modules
- Recommend features based on industry best practices
- Collaborate with teams to improve existing processes
- Document configurations and changes for knowledge sharing
