- Several years of professional experience in service screwdriving technology
- Several years of professional experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of VW Group's tightening technology standards, especially XML
- Good knowledge of MS Office package and SAP
- Willingness to travel, also internationally
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Personal commitment and responsibility for on-time processing
- Strong team and communication skills
- High degree of flexibility, independence, initiative, and motivation
- Careful and cost-oriented work

Aufgaben
- Support customers in Northern Germany, especially Volkswagen Emden
- Implement installations and commissioning
- Act as the technical contact for customers
- Build partnerships with customers
- Participate in customer meetings
- Provide phone and remote support
- Conduct technical training
- Perform machine capability studies
- Execute error analysis and repairs
- Assist the sales team with technical matters
- Expand and develop the service business with customers
- Prepare service offers
- Commission and configure screwdriving systems
- Coordinate on-site projects
