- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience as Technical Product Owner, Workday Product Owner, or Solution Architect
- Strong Workday expertise, ideally with Workday Recruiting and VNDLY
- Solid understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, security, business processes, and integrations
- Experience managing Workday products in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus
- Workday certifications and contingent workforce management experience are assets
- Proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Own and evolve Workday Recruiting and External Workforce Management capabilities
- Drive solution design and integrations for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY
- Act as primary technical expert for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Define and manage product backlog and priorities
- Ensure seamless integrations with HR and enterprise systems
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders
- Drive testing, release management, and deployment activities
- Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Evaluate new Workday capabilities and innovations
- Translate new Workday features into business value
- Support strategic workforce initiatives
- Manage external workforce and contingent labor programs
