- Fluent English
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools/programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical expertise and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Interest or experience in other risk modeling areas (e.g., Operational Risk or Tax) is an advantage
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution

- Validate models
- Coordinate group-wide model change process
- Communicate with supervisory authorities
- Validate P/C Underwriting Risk models
- Present validation results to senior management
- Provide actionable improvement recommendations
- Manage model change process
- Collaborate with senior management
- Maintain communication with Model Owners
- Engage with BaFin
