- Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or comparable qualification
- Strong experience in Information Architecture, workflow design, and defining scalable UX structures, navigation models, and interaction patterns for complex systems
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, synthesis processes, and translating ambiguity/insights into clear, scalable solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for articulating structural decisions
- Hands-on experience with Figma and FigJam
- Good understanding of UI design principles
- Experience in broadcast, media production, sports, or live production environments
- Familiarity with audio, video, or intercom systems and workflows
- Understanding of real-time systems, signal flows, operator-driven interfaces, and complex hardware-software ecosystems

- Define and maintain scalable information architecture
- Contribute to persona and workflow definitions
- Ensure UX consistency across products and teams
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams
- Align UX patterns with real workflows
- Support UX research and synthesis processes
- Translate research insights into UX models
- Guide the UX/UI team on complex topics
