Anforderungen

- 7+ years of technical project/program management experience (automotive or high-tech)
- Strong understanding of ADAS and automated driving lifecycles
- Solid knowledge of European regulations (UNECE); Chinese standards a strong plus
- Experience leading multi-site, cross-disciplinary teams and working with OEMs or certification bodies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to China
Aufgaben
- Lead homologation of ADAS and automated driving systems in Europe and China
- Initiate, plan, and execute semi-autonomous vehicle programs for global OEMs
- Own end-to-end homologation, including UNECE regulations, Euro NCAP, and type approval
- Serve as single point of contact for homologation across engineering and commercial domains
- Manage type approval roadmap, timeline, integration, delivery, and monitoring
- Translate regulatory and customer requirements into execution
- Lead technical workshops, test drives, system tuning, and validation activities
- Coordinate with OEMs, technical services, and authorities during certification and approval
- Drive resolution of internal and external escalations
- Reduce delivery risk and maintain customer confidence
