- Strong experience delivering customer-impacting migrations, platform transitions, or large-scale technical change programs

- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based products, or data-intensive systems
- Familiarity with deprecation strategies, lifecycle management, or contractual/compliance considerations
- Experience defining internal tools, automation, or operational processes
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Plan, coordinate, and execute user and customer migrations
- Act as central coordination point across teams
- Ensure safe and predictable migrations with minimal disruption
- Reduce technical and operational risk
- Enable scalable migration processes
- Ensure customer value and continuity during transitions
- Plan and manage end-to-end migration programs
- Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria
- Coordinate user, customer, and data migrations
- Ensure continuity of service and contractual commitments
- Define and maintain clear migration strategies
- Develop rollout plans and cutover approaches
- Track progress against milestones
- Manage inter-team dependencies
- Ensure timely delivery across workstreams
- Serve as primary interface between teams
- Engage with customers on migration plans and expectations
- Communicate migration status, risks, and decisions
- Partner to align migrations with product strategy
- Identify, assess, and manage migration risks
- Define mitigation plans and escalation paths
- Document and manage dependencies across products and services
- Support go/no-go decisions with data and assessments
- Identify gaps in tooling and processes
- Drive definition and delivery of internal tools
- Establish standard migration frameworks and processes
- Improve migration execution through retrospectives
- Support change management for migrations
- Ensure operational readiness for services and support
- Monitor post-migration outcomes and customer satisfaction
