- Reduce platform duplication.

- Partner with engineers and product squads.
- Identify pain points, friction, and bottlenecks.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities.
- Drive adoption of platform products.
- Ensure strong usability and clear interfaces.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and onboarding.
- Build self-serve tooling for platform products.
- Align teams and stakeholders on shared standards.
- Align teams and stakeholders on priorities.
- Manage dependencies and rollout plans.
- Facilitate consistent delivery across teams.
- Collaborate with engineering to define stable interfaces.
- Establish lifecycle rules and versioning approaches.
- Define deprecation paths for ecosystem health.
- Build and improve golden paths.
- Reduce integration time for teams.
- Increase team speed and confidence.
- Define and track key success metrics.
- Monitor adoption, reliability, and platform usage.
- Analyze integration effort and incident trends.
- Pragmatically use AI in discovery.

- Write clear PRDs and decision documents.
