- Experienced with MySQL
- Experienced in designing process flows
- Experience in eCommerce
Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operation of product assortment
- Analyze and resolve complex operational anomalies
- Implement long-term solutions and preventative measures
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide insights to application teams for adjustments
- Support partner onboarding and evolving service needs
- Define and optimize end-to-end testing strategies
- Establish processes for bug lifecycle management
- Drive continuous improvement in resolution times
- Develop and optimize standardized operational processes
- Mentor junior and medior team members
