In this role, you will leverage SAP expertise to enhance transportation management solutions, focusing on custom development, UI improvements, and automation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing applications, coaching team members, and ensuring seamless project handovers.

Anforderungen

• •Strong communication skills
• •Expertise in TM Freight Units, Freight Orders, Charge Management, planning logic, and carrier integration
• •Ability to design, build, and optimize TM processes
• •10+ years proven experience in SAP TM development
• •Studies in business informatics, information technologies, or Engineering & Computer Sciences
• •Expert in ABAP, ABAP OO, BOPF, BRF+, report and dialog development, form development
• •Knowledge in Fiori, UI5, CDS views, WebDynpro ABAP, EDI / IDoc, ABAP Proxy, oData, Web Services, Workflow, BOPF, Business Technology Platform
• •Experience working in a global environment
• •Interest in new technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform and edge technologies
• •Fluent spoken and written English
• •Fluency in German is advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Design and maintain custom developments for Freight Units and Freight Orders
• •Enhance planning and execution screens and FPM applications
• •Automate charge calculations using BRF+
• •Implement and modify PPF actions for printing and event-driven tasks
• •Design custom logic for transportation network modeling
• •Enhance TM functionalities using BOPF, FPM, and FBI frameworks
• •Improve TM master data models and interfaces with BOs and CDS views
• •Develop and enhance Fiori and UI5 applications for TM
• •Set up and activate Fiori applications and technical catalogs
• •Design and implement side-by-side extensions using BTP services
• •Review and approve functional design documents before development
• •Create technical documentation
• •Provide technical coaching to team members and hand over project deliverables
