Aufgaben
- Monitor and support surgical procedures in neuromodulation
- Assist with programming of implants and device instruction
- Provide patient follow-up care in selected clinics
- Deliver high-level technical and clinical expertise to physicians and medical staff
- Plan and coordinate dedicated customer support initiatives
- Implement strategic measures for product introductions and launches
- Increase awareness of the therapy portfolio for sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for customer events
- Implement software updates on programming devices
- Manage customer data using CRM tools like Salesforce Lightning
- Cooperate with internal support teams on administrative tasks
- Meet or exceed individual territory sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts
- Track bill of material consumption
