• •Build relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders
• •Understand business goals, role profiles, hiring roadmaps, and talent gaps
• •Own end-to-end recruiting processes, focusing on quality and speed
• •Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
• •Design and optimize hiring processes for consistency and transparency
• •Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage
• •Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• •Uncover passive candidates and explore various channels
• •Use data and insights to measure performance and guide hiring decisions
• •Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• •Lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects to build the TA function
