- Ability to work independently on complex configuration and testing tasks
- Strong team player who can coordinate activities effectively in the test center
- Excellent writing and communication skills to represent SVC professionally
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is an advantage
- Availability to travel if required

- Ensure verification and validation for Substation Automation Systems at the system integration level
- Support SVC operations with expertise in Substation Automation and IEC 61850
- Collaborate with R&D and other business units, providing technical expertise
- Design, execute, and report on test activities in an incremental approach
- Define system-level test concepts and specifications with global teams and product management
- Align test strategies and processes with global verification and validation principles
- Create high-quality guidelines and concepts for worldwide system integration projects
- Enhance testing techniques and processes within the verification and validation organization
