- Experience with modern programming languages and backend technologies
- Proven experience with cloud-native and container-based solutions
- Hands-on development and delivery experience with platforms like Red Hat OpenShift, AWS EKS, or AWS Fargate
- Solid knowledge of API design and development
- Strong experience in CI/CD environments and container platforms
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Good exposure to AWS services and infrastructure concepts
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK)
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, storage solutions (S3, EFS, FSx)
- Experience with databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB)
- Experience in IT consultancy, automation, or data science
- Track record of delivering IT solutions from prototyping to productive operation at scale
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills in an international, interdisciplinary environment
- Teamwork skills in an international, interdisciplinary environment
- Professional-level English communication skills

- Take responsibility for IT systems' lifecycle
- Manage development, releases, operation, and improvement

- Coordinate releases and prepare changes
- Handle incidents to ensure stable services
- Build solutions from prototyping to production
- Participate in agile delivery activities
- Support team coordination as a shared responsibility
- Contribute to architectural discussions
- Design solutions aligned with IT architecture
- Collaborate with or guide external developers
