- Proven supplier quality management, audits, and CAPA closure experience
- Risk-based thinking and data-driven decision making
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Clear written and verbal communication in global context
- Fluency in GMP standards and quality systems (strong ISO 9001:2015 understanding)
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and bias for action
- Commitment to inclusivity and ethical integrity
- Working knowledge of SAP; Mango, TrackWise, and Falcon are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with business-fluent English
Aufgaben
- Uphold quality standards throughout product life cycle
- Own supplier quality programs from qualification to performance management
- Lead risk assessments and containment strategies
- Drive corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams
- Qualify new suppliers and establish quality requirements
- Monitor supplier performance using key metrics and dashboards
- Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and QA for continuous improvement
- Enable data-driven decisions and ensure GMP and quality system compliance
