- Serve as payroll subject matter expert
- Support Finance with payroll reporting and audits
- Maintain rigorous process documentation
- Ensure data accuracy and protection
- Update payroll policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Identify and implement payroll process improvements
- Support team onboarding and mentoring
