Senior Specialist Executive Compensation and Benefits(m/w/x)
Designing global compensation and benefits programs for agricultural solutions, managing grading systems. Five years C&B experience with executive remuneration exposure required. Focus on modern technologies and responsible AI use.
Anforderungen
- Completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, human resources, or comparable field
- At least five years professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably global/complex environment with executive remuneration exposure
- Strong expertise in compensation frameworks, grading, regulatory requirements, market benchmarking, and data translation to recommendations
- Proven digital and AI focus, ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches
- Very good German and English skills, confident use of SAP, MS Office, and modern digital/AI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, enthusiasm for cross-functional/dynamic environments

- Oversee performance management.
- Handle executive and board-level remuneration.
- Manage target setting processes.
- Ensure effective execution of STI, LTI, and merit rounds.
- Conduct global benchmarking.
- Conduct market analyses.
- Prepare the annual compensation report.
- Actively support Annual General Meeting preparation.
- Act as subject-matter expert for global C&B portfolio.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Collaborate with external partners.
- Actively contribute to building a new HR organization.
- Strategically shape a new HR organization.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Stay updated on best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments.
