- Ability to inspire customer confidence through professional presence and self-confidence
- Ability to multi-task and manage several accounts simultaneously

- Lead solution implementation projects
- Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution
- Conduct design reviews and ensure data quality
- Manage communication with external client teams during sales and post-sales
- Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content
- Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements
