- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX-based systems
- Experience with cloud-native and containerized environments
- Strong software engineering skills with scripting (Python, Bash) and compiled languages (Go, C++, Rust)

- Experience with observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting

- Design, develop, and operate scalable web security services
- Build cloud-native solutions operating at global scale
- Improve observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting for web security services
- Drive operational excellence across web security services
- Take end-to-end ownership of solutions
- Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and platform engineers
- Help shape the future of web security and cloud-delivered security services
- Become certified as a Mission Control Engineer
- Gain hands-on experience operating network and security technologies
- Join the Network Operations Center in Honolulu for three-month assignments
