- Ensure responsive UI and cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+)
- Ensure maintainability best-practices across the codebase
- Drive accessibility efforts and integrate accessibility API support
- Validate support for Microsoft UI Automation or other Windows accessibility frameworks
- Ensure UI controls, focus management, and keyboard navigation support accessibility
- Ensure screen-reader support and usability for users with disabilities
- Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and QA
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to shape feature planning
- Collaborate on UI/UX architecture and long-term roadmap for Windows platform
- Take ownership of full feature lifecycle: conception to maintenance
- Ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across releases
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve memory leaks, rendering issues, or compatibility problems
- Propose robust architectural or design solutions for identified issues
