- Experience building complex, distributed backend systems
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization flows, token security, session management, and crypto fundamentals
- Understanding of web security, federated identity, and secure coding practices
- Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and IaC
- Experience designing high throughput, low latency systems
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SAML, SCIM, PKI, JWKs, key management, and token introspection
- Working knowledge of identity platforms, rate limiting, abuse mitigation, and adaptive authentication

Aufgaben
- Design and develop high-throughput identity services
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Manage session and federation services
- Own features from design to production and support
- Scale authentication and authorization protocols
- Implement secure token issuance, rotation, and revocation
- Write clean, concurrent, and performant backend services in Go
- Design idiomatic, testable code and clear API contracts
- Deploy and manage identity infrastructure
- Automate CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
- Serve as subject matter expert on authentication and identity
- Conduct internal security reviews and threat modeling
- Guide teams on secure platform integrations
- Integrate and maintain identity providers and federation patterns
- Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews
- Contribute to technical roadmap and security posture
