- Develop frontend and backend solutions using TypeScript and Node.js
- Own Server-Driven UI backend-for-frontend (BFF) layer
- Design and implement backend components for dynamic UI configurations
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder conversations and align with business needs
- Advocate for customer needs in all development steps
- Design and launch A/B experiments
- Iterate on experiments to gain customer insights
- Improve codebase, systems, and processes
- Design scalable and efficient solutions
- Mentor and support team members
- Participate in the hiring process
- Set team-wide standards for responsible AI adoption
- Leverage AI tooling to accelerate development workflows
- Drive measurable improvements in product development speed and quality
- Integrate AI into daily engineering practice
