Anforderungen
- Master's or PhD in computer science, information systems, or similar
- At least 5 years' Software Engineer experience
- Strong coding skills, Python and C++ experience
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns
- Extensive software deployment experience (platforms, OS, cloud)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
- Passion for software design/development, interest in agile methodologies
- Willingness to learn new topics and tasks
- Fluency in English
- Experience with C++ Libraries (Boost, Eigen, OpenCV, PCL, ROS)
- Background in maintaining/deploying large software systems
- Experience with open-source software (maintaining/contributing, GitHub)
- Experience with agile development principles
Aufgaben
- Develop concepts for the core software stack
- Design software architecture for the core stack (Python & C++)
- Apply clean code techniques and design patterns
- Mentor teammates through in-depth code reviews
- Move applications to cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with the cloud team on cloud migrations
- Optimize applications for efficiency, scalability, and stability
- Lead application development from design to deployment
- Manage application infrastructure
- Implement continuous integration and delivery
- Continuously improve automated tests
- Continuously improve automated software delivery
