Aufgaben
- Define and maintain GTM CRM platform architecture
- Design and implement reliable automations and workflows
- Establish and maintain architecture principles and standards
- Create reusable documentation and reference patterns
- Serve as primary contact for Engineering/Tech in GTM
- Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate GTM CRM with internal and external systems
- Leverage AI tools in daily development workflow
- Collaborate with GTM teams to translate business needs
- Support sales ICs across different sales motions
- Increase sales productivity and operational efficiency
- Standardize and scale core sales processes
- Reduce operational friction through automation
