- Solid understanding of GEO and AI's impact on search
- Background with international or multilingual sites
- Experience building/automating SEO workflows with AI tools
- Familiarity with log file analysis, JavaScript SEO, CDN/rendering

- Develop and own organic search strategy
- Set measurable goals and report performance
- Translate data into strategic decisions
- Align SEO roadmap with marketing objectives
- Oversee content strategy for search
- Collaborate with content creators for ranking
- Lead content audits and consolidation
- Conduct and prioritize technical audits
- Partner with engineering for technical changes
- Manage site architecture and internal linking
- Optimize for international and hreflang setup
- Develop strategies for AI-generated answers
- Optimize for entity-based SEO and E-E-A-T
- Monitor LLM-driven search behavior
- Use AI tools for content operations
- Experience with AI workflows is a plus
