- Monitor and report on portfolio status
- Proactively address and resolve issues
- Design manufacturing processes for new or existing products
- Develop procedures for economical mass production
- Conduct tests and measurements to control production variables
- Operate within regulatory and compliance environments
- Manage projects and processes independently
- Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals
- Provide scientific expertise in technology platforms
- Ensure high-quality application of technology platforms
- Contribute to planning and reporting of scientific experiments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve research objectives
