Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and 12 years of experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent education and 10 years of experience
- PhD and 4 years of experience
- M.Sc. or Diploma and 12+ years experience in Parenteral manufacturing, Parenteral process development, Parenteral Process Engineering, Product Quality, Analytical, Material Sciences, or related fields
- PhD degree and 6+ years experience in Parenteral manufacturing, Parenteral process development, Parenteral Process Engineering, Product Quality, Analytical, Material Sciences, or related fields
- Expert knowledge and practical experience in Fill&Finish technology
- Profound knowledge in machine technology, machine setup, mixing systems, process development
- Profound knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements for processing and filling equipment for parenteral pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products
- Practical experience and strong knowledge of Parenteral Fill finish processes
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development in a cGMP environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Successful establishment and management of cross-functional teams in manufacturing
- Fostering a collaborative work environment
- Driving team performance
- Supporting professional development to achieve strategic objectives
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and short lead times

- Develop strong relationships with manufacturing, engineering, and quality functions
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve technical issues
- Support development projects with process engineering expertise
- Troubleshoot and implement small-scale models
- Develop and apply computational models
- Work independently on scientific topics
- Evaluate and implement new technologies
