In this role, you will focus on advanced planning and scheduling for industrial construction projects, analyze schedules, identify bottlenecks, and ensure effective resource management to keep projects on track.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in a construction related field
• •Expertise in project controls, plan, schedule management preferably within Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial or related complex asset types
• •Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
• •Ability to coordinate and organise multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
• •Good working relationships with project team
• •Fluent English and German language skills, both written and verbal
• •Willingness to work from construction site 3 days a week

Aufgaben

• •Implement project planning and scheduling strategies
• •Coordinate project development and implementation
• •Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
• •Conduct project schedule analysis and critical path analysis
• •Analyze deviations from the baseline schedule and propose corrective actions
• •Prepare Integrated Planning and Scheduling contributions for Monthly Project Reports
• •Develop resourcing plans for project phases and recommend peak leveling
• •Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors is integrated into planning systems
• •Prepare micro-management schedules for critical work elements
