- Support global and regional finance teams
- Provide remote and local issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and bug fixing
- Design functional concepts for application customizing
- Develop software solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate with global service centers on E2E processes
- Lead task forces to mitigate complex issues
- Achieve system stabilization through problem elimination
- Coordinate with key users to resolve high-priority incidents
