- Fluency in French and English
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams
- Onsite presence in Geneva
Aufgaben
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Implement Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals
- Lead workshops to understand business needs
- Translate business needs into user stories and solution designs
- Advise clients on CRM strategy and data architecture
- Optimize business processes for efficiency
- Support multi-cloud Salesforce projects
- Ensure alignment between business and technology
- Collaborate with development and UX/design teams
- Prepare and present solution proposals and demos
- Document solution designs and processes
- Mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Promote reusability of solution components
- Stay current with Salesforce product releases
- Monitor industry trends
- Support change management strategies for client teams
