- Background in financial services and exposure to compliance/audit requirements in financial systems is a strong plus

- Build high-throughput, low-latency financial systems
- Ensure correctness, reliability, and observability
- Design and implement latency-sensitive Rust services
- Handle high-frequency data and decisioning
- Implement robust, testable financial logic
- Maintain streaming pipelines for real-time inputs
- Process events and feedback loops
- Optimize CPU, memory, and network performance
- Profile and benchmark system performance
- Collaborate on API design
- Contribute to data models and system architecture
