- Extensive experience in tech stack: Rust, Docker, AWS, Terraform
- Strong Rust proficiency (ownership, lifetimes, concurrency, async, error handling)
- Excellent systems thinking: latency, throughput, backpressure, failure modes
- Experience building high-performance services in production
- Experience with low-latency systems
- Strong analytical thinking (technical and product domain)
- Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, targeted)
- Passion for well architected, testable, documented code
- Experience using coding agents (e.g., Codex or similar AI-assisted tools) is a plus
- Experience with domain-driven design and distributed architectures/microservices is a plus
- Background in financial services and exposure to compliance/audit requirements in financial systems is a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Build high-throughput, low-latency financial systems
- Ensure correctness, reliability, and observability
- Design and implement latency-sensitive Rust services
- Handle high-frequency data and decisioning
- Implement robust, testable financial logic
- Guarantee strict correctness in financial logic
- Build and maintain real-time streaming pipelines
- Process real-time inputs and events
- Create feedback loops for event processing
- Optimize CPU, memory, and network performance
- Use profiling and benchmarking techniques
- Collaborate on API design
- Contribute to data model development
- Participate in system architecture discussions
