- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for quality and performance
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers
- Implement secure coding best practices
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for core libraries
- Stay updated on Rust advancements and suggest innovations
