Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Professional Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Specialist Designation (desired)
- Many years of highly protected risk, specialized industry and/or boiler and machinery field experience
- Knowledge of light to high hazard occupancies
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work in a flexible environment
- Ability to perform inspections of buildings and structures
- Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams
Aufgaben
- Perform property loss prevention reviews of commercial accounts
- Document account review results in a data-driven application
- Conduct periodic client service meetings with underwriting, brokers, and clients
- Analyze and manage risk improvements for accounts
- Work with clients to prioritize and implement risk improvements
- Translate client needs into a client service plan
- Conduct property loss prevention surveys at key client facilities
- Technically analyze loss prevention attributes of facilities
- Conduct consultative visits and witness fire protection equipment testing
- Provide engineering data system support and guidance
