- Synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources
- Prepare insightful slides aggregating data
- Strong business writing skills
- Create client-ready materials
- Strong communication skills for team participation
- Participate actively in client calls and team meetings
- Prepare draft emails for internal and external purposes
- Substantial relevant experience across research projects
- Minimum three years in research agency or client research department
- Expertise in primary research (interviews, surveys)
- Expertise in secondary research (Euromonitor, Bloomberg)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in German
- Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
- Advanced Word skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Abide by Mastercard security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches
- Complete mandatory security trainings
