- Actuarial qualification
- Min. 3 years treaty reinsurance underwriting experience

- Enthusiastic, creative, curious, capable of taking lead
- In-depth experience in re-/insurance industry domain

Aufgaben
- Lead whole account quota share placements
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Interact with external capacity providers and brokers
- Prepare annual placement materials
- Visit capacity providers and market intermediaries
- Provide regular portfolio updates
- Liaise with risk, legal, finance, and reporting functions
- Develop and structure retrocession models
- Review and adjust retrocession terms
- Oversee portfolio modeling
- Negotiate terms and wordings with brokers
- Ensure adequate counterparty risk levels
- Agree on suitable collateralization structures
- Collaborate with Allianz Re and Group teams
- Support CMO projects and initiatives
