Strategic RPO partner for global clients, managing full-cycle recruitment and providing market intelligence. Minimum two years recruiting experience with ATS and Boolean search skills required. Hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum two years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes
- Experience using recruitment technologies (ATS, social media)
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of common HR principles, practices, and metrics for talent acquisition
- German language required
Aufgaben
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders
- Provide market data and recommendations for search strategies
- Review candidate applications in the ATS
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
- Source candidates using resume databases and Boolean search
- Solicit referrals from business and internal networks
- Utilize Cielo’s software for mobile and email campaigns
- Connect with talent communities using various media
- Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews with logistical details
- Provide timely updates to candidates on application status
- Draft and use phone interview templates
- Compare candidate interview notes with position requirements
- Conduct skills testing and evaluate results
- Review background and reference information
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
- Determine offer details with hiring leaders
- Articulate and negotiate job offers
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Report recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership
- Identify and solve search difficulties
- Communicate search status and recommendations to stakeholders
