- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Basic working knowledge of Neural Networks, specifically Convolutional or transformer Neural Networks
- Experience in software development
- Experience in hardware development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Experience or knowledge of networking protocols such as RoCE or infiniband
- Basic knowledge of common computer architectures (CPU, GPU, AI accelerators) and SoC architecture
- Proven track record of innovative contributions to AI/ML projects or research initiatives
Aufgaben
- Design and architect hardware for AI acceleration platforms
- Focus on memory and inter- and intra-chip network architectures
- Build architectural models and validate performance for AI workloads
- Research and define optimal configurations
- Develop advanced hardware prototypes
- Create detailed architectural specifications
- Perform rigorous performance evaluation tests
- Collaborate with software engineers, digital designers, ML scientists, and product managers
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document knowledge and share best practices within the team
- Participate in technical discussions to enhance team knowledge
- Collaborate with academia or industry partners on research projects
- Contribute to intellectual property through patent filings and publications
