- Familiarity with QA inspection methods
- Proficiency in English and German
- Ability to pass vision exams
- Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
- Experience with calipers and gauges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Solid skills with SAP ERP
- Desirable associate degree in related field
- Ideally 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Legal authorization to work in Germany
Aufgaben
- Perform dimensional inspections using design records and AQL levels
- Conduct visual inspections to identify product defects
- Review certification documentation for AS9100 and quality compliance
- Communicate with vendors regarding documentation requirements
- Maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps
- Approve supplier First Articles and perform customer submissions
- Identify opportunities to enhance inspector productivity
- Support Root Cause Corrective Action activities
- Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits
- Investigate non-conformances and manage part purges
- Handle RMA processes and calibrate measurement tools
- Inspect incoming materials and outgoing orders with minimal supervision
- Mentor the inspection team on quality standards
- Utilize precision tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
