- Monitor and develop supplier performance
- Ensure effective implementation of corrective actions
- Lead material qualification and requalification activities
- Lead material change management activities
- Support production with technical expertise
- Support troubleshooting during production phases
- Support ramp-up phases with technical expertise
- Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Enhance quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Act as a technical reference
- Support engineers
- Mentor engineers
