- Python focus for at least 1 year and strong backend experience in NodeJS, Golang or Java, willingness to switch to Python
- Strong English communication skills and effective team collaboration
- Hands-on experience building REST APIs and Microservices communication patterns
- Strong understanding of durability, scalability & optimizations in distributed systems
- Experience with DynamoDB and/or RDBMS(SQL)
- Strong knowledge of Observability & monitoring systems
- Hands-on experience with Kafka
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Commitment to clean code, maintainability, and systematic correctness
- Proficiency with CI/CD systems, Docker, and working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience/interest in Javascript, basic knowledge of React
- Peer recognised experience in Technical Problem Solving
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, TCP, TLS, etc.)
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS
- Computer Science degree or equivalent
- Team player who likes to contribute to discussions and share experience
- Self-motivated and functions effectively in team environment with minimum supervision
- Always seeking improvement and progress
- Eager to make decisions and not afraid of making mistakes
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain software components using Python
- Develop backend services and APIs with FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, and AWS
- Design event-driven architecture focusing on resilience and accuracy
- Ensure reliability, performance, and accuracy of systems
- Conduct bug fixes and proactive system care
- Analyze root causes of system problems and incidents
- Prioritize technical debt in alignment with squad roadmaps
- Collaborate with other teams for microservices integration
- Leverage LLMs to safely and robustly accelerate development
