  • •Degree in engineering, computer science, or comparable
  • •Project management training or certification advantageous
  • •Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • •Proven track record of goal-oriented execution
  • •High degree of self-management and ownership
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Professional proficiency in German and English
  • •Experience working with GIS solutions
  • •Exposure to Earth Observation or satellites advantageous
  • •Ability to operate effectively under pressure
  • •Understanding of agile and classical delivery

  • •Apply and evolve project management best practices
  • •Identify delivery risks and resource constraints early
  • •Drive mitigation actions with relevant teams
  • •Capture lessons learned to improve product roadmaps
  • •Enhance automation and reliability of technical solutions
