Aufgaben
- Define strategic direction for Digital and AI technologies
- Engage with senior leadership and global partners
- Implement lean processes for Strategy Fund resources
- Lead project execution and maintain project vision
- Communicate expectations to project team members
- Manage project objectives and team accountability
- Interact with governing bodies and senior stakeholders
- Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Review and improve technology transfer processes
- Manage department marketing and communication
- Develop innovative approaches to strengthen goals
- Organize relevant governing meetings
- Serve as first point of contact for stakeholder questions
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Escalate issues as needed
- Provide additional project management support
- Develop and implement commercial pathways
- Collaborate with Development Incubator and IP office
- Improve organizational travel process with divisional coordinators
