- Very good written and spoken English skills, including technical terms in SAP
- Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in implementing various SAP modules in international companies
- Willingness to travel 25 to 40% of the time
Aufgaben
- Manage strategic SAP projects focusing on complete rollouts
- Oversee IT projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
- Guide projects through all phases from preliminary studies to implementation
- Coordinate internal and external project resources in a complex environment
- Engage in stakeholder management and collaborate with IT management
- Support change processes and assist departments in creating requirements
- Prepare regular project reports for the steering committee
